Edge

Edge EDGE Curling's GLIDER was conceived in 2000 by British Columbia Westcoast artist, innovator, inventor and curler Brian May. Check out Brian's woodworking at this link Brian and his family reside in the Village of Shawnigan Lake on beautiful Vancouver Island, in Canada's most westerly province, British Columbia. Initially, the EDGE was designed for style rather than function. Devices of the day just didn't have that professional look, so Brian set about designing something that enhanced the delivery but also pleased the eye. After countless prototypes, time and money the EDGE was given to several local curlers of all skill levels for testing. The response was so positive that Brian scaled back his woodworking business and dove headfirst into the world of curling Not one to stand still, Brian introduced the STEALTH and developed the SOLE GLIDER which impact has been nothing short of remarkable. This year he added the Z GLIDER. The state of the art EVOLUTION has now hit the ice and the new clothing line including the beautiful and comfortable flow pants. EDGE products are now being used by world and national champions and by teachers at the grass root and elite levels..
